Chris Little Murder The Video Revealed The S*xual Assault

By Emily Wong

Chris Little murder video revealed the truth behind his brutal killing.

The video reportedly depicted Christopher Little s*xually assaulting his comatose wife, Julie Crocker.

However, the video was never shown to the jury deliberating the double-murder prosecution of Christopher Little.

Because Justice Michelle Fuerst determined that his rights were infringed in having the video taken, which was captured on a pinhole camera hidden covertly above the bed of the Markham couple, it was not shown to the jury.

In a judgment determining that Mr. Little’s Section 8 Charter Rights were infringed, Judge Fuerst wrote, ‘The police also discovered a wireless pinhole camera and a digital video that presumably showed Mr. Little s*xually assaulting an unconscious Julie Crocker.’

In accordance with Section 8 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, everyone has the right to be free from arbitrary search and seizure.

The six-person jury’s deliberations started on Monday and will continue on Tuesday morning. Media organizations are now free to report on earlier decisions because jurors are sequestered.

In connection with the murders of his wife and physiotherapist Paula Menendez, Mr. Little is accused of two charges of first-degree murder.

He was also charged with fabricating a murder-suicide scene at his residence in connection with the killings.

According to the sources, Little killed Crocker out of envy and staged the murder-suicide to kill Ms. Menendez as well.

Rick Ralph, the ex-husband of Ms. Menendez, and Ms. Crocker were romantically involved.

The twin sister of Menendez, Carolina Stubbs, addressed the jury outside the Newmarket courtroom on Monday. ‘They’ll act honorably. We only know that‘, she said.

Judge Fuerst decided that Ms. Menendez’s honesty about her connection with Mr. Ralph to her psychologist, Paul Dilworth, was inadmissible in court in a separate decision regarding the evidence the jury could see.

The decision states that Mr. Dilworth ‘tried to testify that he did not note Ms. Menendez’s statements and cannot recollect accurately what she said to him at any session.’

The ruling also notes that Mr. Dilworth met with Ms. Menendez and wrote, ‘Paula seemed a little sad but also more optimistic and anxious.’

She used the past tense when discussing her connection with Rick and appeared less wounded. Paula discussed how to meet new people and start dating males.

Additionally, Ms. Menendez’s alleged remarks to Thomas Berger, a real estate broker, and a friend’s brother were inadmissible.

The court found that a week prior to Ms. Menendez’s passing, Mr. Berger had spoken to her on the phone regarding a lease for a clinic she was opening.

The decision states that when Mr. Berger inquired about her well-being, she responded, “Everything was fine, she was pleased about having her own clinic, and she was looking forward to moving on to the next part of her life.”

The judge stated in the affidavit that Ms. Menedez had reason to show herself as “satisfied with her circumstances and confident about her future even if this were inaccurate or an exaggeration” as Mr. Berger was about to find real estate for her.
