Bargain Block is an HGTV show that’s been airing since 2017 and now it’s back for a brand new season in 2022. The show sees homes totally transformed in Detroit, Michigan – some of which are purchased by the show’s hosts for $1,000.
Bargain Block sees its hosts make huge profits on their renovation projects, plus they’re vamping up areas where houses were left abandoned and dilapidated. The show’s hosting duo carry out the work themselves and even lived in some of the houses while they were fixing them up in order to save money.
HGTV’s Bargain Block is back
Kicking off on in summer 2022, Bargain Block returns to HGTV for a second season.
The show has the same hosts for season 2 including Keith Bynum, Evan Thomas and Shea Hicks-Whitfield.
Season 2 is made up of 10 brand new hour-long episodes and the trio will be renovating in Detroit again in 2022.
Keith and Evan will appear on HGTV’s Rock The Block which premieres on February 28th, 2022.

HGTV’s Bargain Block hosts are partners in life as well as business. They’ve been together over eight years.
Keith and Evan make the perfect team when it comes to house renovation as Evan has expertise in construction and Keith is the go-to guy for design.

Who is Bargain Block’s Shea Hicks-Whitfield?
As well as Evan on construction and Keith on design for the renovation process, real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield is also on-hand on Bargain Block.
Shea plays an important role on the show as, in order to make a good profit, the team has to renovate houses which are suitable and in the right location for the right price.
She can be found on Instagram with almost 10K followers @shea.whitfield. She writes in her IG bio that she’s a “Wife, Fun Aunt and Dog Mom” and judging by her recent post on IG, she’s set to become a mother herself in 2022.
