Jessica Simpson is a bikini babe.
The singer, actress and entrepreneur loves to rock a two-piece suit, and she’s had plenty of standout swimwear moments through the years.
Whether it’s a sassy solid-colored bikini or a bold printed suit, Simpson knows how to turn heads by the beach or pool.
The “I Think I’m in Love with You” singer — who has been open about her struggles with body image and weight loss — has gone back to showing off her figure in a range of sexy suits as of late, and posted a bikini selfie in spring 2022 after losing 100 pounds.
“I always celebrate my body. The fact that it made children is unreal,” she told People, adding, “but you just don’t ever think you’re going to fit back into things. It’s crazy. A woman’s body is phenomenal in what it can do.”
Below, we’re taking a look back at some of Simpson’s greatest bikini moments, from “The Dukes of Hazzard” to the time she wore platform heels on the shore.

When it came to her role as Daisy Duke in the movie remake of “The Dukes of Hazzard,” Simpson had plenty of fun in the costume department. Along with the famous shorts named after her character and a bright red two-piece, the actress removed a tan trench coat to reveal a hot pink string bikini in one memorable scene, using the sexy suit to get some information at the sheriff’s office.
Getting sudsy
Simpson took another bright pink two-piece suit for a spin in the music video for her song “These Boots Were Made for Walkin'” — and gave fans a soapy scene to enjoy. After rocking a pair of cutoff shorts and cowboy boots, the singer changes into a ruffled string bikini in the video, washing the car made famous by “The Dukes of Hazzard.”
Bottoms up
The fashion mogul ditched her bikini top in 2017, sharing a photo of herself floating in a pool topless and holding a glittery pineapple drink to celebrate her 36th birthday. “Kiss My Butt 36,” she captioned the steamy pic, lifting her behind in the air to show off her floral bathing suit bottom.
Quarantine style
The “Blonde Ambition” actress was back in her pool again for an April 2020 Instagram snap, trying to catch some R&R during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Wearing a bikini with an eye-catching black-and-red pattern and lace trim, she lounged on a mat while writing that her son’s baseball nearly hit her head. “Proof is in the splash,” she added.
Bikini celebration
Simpson took a bit of a bikini break, but thrilled fans by sharing a photo on Instagram in April 2022 to show off her toned physique in a pink-and-orange paisley swimsuit from her own Jessica Simpson collection.
“I have gained and lost 100lbs 3x so I never thought this moment could or would happen, but I’m finally spring breakin’ wearin’ a BIKINI!!!!!!” she wrote. In the pic, she wears a peach cowboy hat and a pair of vintage-style white cat-eye shades as she beams at the camera.
Vacation selfie
Not long after her big bikini moment, Simpson showed off a tan leopard-print suit in an Instagram photo, writing, “Adios Cabo San Lucas” under what appeared to be a hotel mirror selfie. She paired her sizzling suit with clear high heels and a cowboy hat, accessorizing with oversized sunnies and rainbow-swirled nails.
Western style
The “Newlyweds” star gave her sparkly brown suit some Western flair in August 2022, adding an oversized brown belt with silver medallions and a floppy straw cowboy hat. She teamed her look with sky-high “Dany” platforms ($119) from her namesake brand, writing on Instagram, “Without 3 kids needing me to hurry, I had the time to accessorize the bikini 😜 it is the little things that make me happy.”
Sandy heels
No flip-flops for this style queen. Simpson ditched sandals for a stylish shoe in an August 2022 Instagram snap, pairing black platform heels with a strappy suit. Although it wasn’t quite a bikini, Simpson’s strapless black Dolce & Gabbana swimsuit ($920) featured plenty of cutouts to reveal her toned abs.
