BIOGRAPHY
Kyla Matthews got her first taste of acting at the age of eight when she became involved with Project Limelight, a free performing arts program for youth in Vancouver. As soon as she got on stage, she realized how much she loved acting. Since 2016 she began appearing on screen, appearing as a guest star on the FOX series called Wayward Pines . Her biggest role so far was as Ruby Gillis in the Netflix/CBC show, Anne with an E (2017-2019), based on the Canadian classic, Anne of Green Gables.
